The large presence of the ocean, the impresive beaches of golden sand, the state forest of the Pays de Monts at Saint-Jean-de-Monts (renowned family seaside resort with a splendid 18 holes golf course), the fame of Les Sables d'Olonne with the Vendée Globe Challenge…contribute to an increasing of the demand for properties.
Obviously, the old housing does no longer meet with the requested criteria in matter of quality and comfort. The constructions of the years 1960 / 1970 grow old and the good products are scarce. So, the demand for these last one become more important than the offer and consequently the prices are shooting up!
